Thora Gudnydotterm the weaver

A new character in our community of interests :)

She is the fifth daughter of her parents. Her father, a merchant, is often away from home to earn money for the family in distant lands. Her mother has to take care of the family during this time, which is not always easy.

Thora has to help in the household from an early age. She shows special talents for weaving. In general she knows what can be conjured out of wool. In the camp, visitors can look over her shoulders and try things out for themselves:

    Tablet weaving
    pearl weaving
    comb weaving

But even spinning is no stranger to Torah.

Many interested parties but ...

For our community of interests there are some inquiries, but on closer examination it is too laborious for many then to dive with commitment into the research and to make or procure appropriate clothes and equipment.

Especially when it comes to clothes you don't wear anything from Uromas clothes box, which by chance is still in the attic, or use a Viking costume from the carnival, for which a plastic horn-helmet is also "included". Clothes found in Hollywood productions are usually completely out of tune with the theme.

That's a shame, because such people are better off in a real carnival club. Even a LARP-/ Fantasy-club would perhaps be a nice alternative, if you want to play live role-playing games, which have the Middle Ages as scenery.
